Alpina Xtrack 70 Snowblade Boots
We scour the market for just the right snowblade boots. Here is our choice for 2014 – based on comfort, a good price and upright stance perfect for snow blades.
This season we’re delighted to carry the Alpina Xtrack boots. We’ve carried Alpina products for many years and are always happy with their quality. Finally, a boot that provides the performance, yet comfort perfect for snowblading. With easy entry and exit, a more upright stance, and a thermal performance fit liner that will mold to the shape of your foot just from riding, these are super comfortable to ride and even walk in. These are true all around foot-friendly boots. These boots also feature an anatomical footbed and an ergonomic shell volume. There are 4 micro-adjustable aluminum smart buckles with macro adjustable caches which makes for a much more comfortable and custom fit. This means you can adjust these boots to fit almost any calve. Also included is a 35mm power strap at the top.
In addition to comfort however the construction of these boots delivers maximum power transfer to your snowblades. With snowblading, it’s the stiffness for side-to-side carves that matters and these boots are great for carving, whether taking an easy ride or fast, lay-it-over carves. With the upright stance, these boots are great for parks/pipes riding and anything else you decide to do. Bottoms are sure grip for stability when walking to and from lifts and are replaceable.
