We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason, you wish to return the products you purchased, please read the following return policy to ensure a prompt and error-free return. Please note that we do understand that special situations can occur that slip through our normal return policy and we will do our best to make you, our customer, happy whenever possible. 1. New, unused products purchased from us can be returned in the same condition as received for a full refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase (international orders are extended to 45 days). This applies to products returned in new and unused condition only.
2. Products returned to us that are damaged in any way, scratched, are missing parts, are no longer in new condition (unless purchased as demos) will not receive a full refund. We will honor exchanges only but will deduct for usage. You will be charged a restocking fee, and/or additional charges to cover the cost of the damage. This also applies to products shipped back to us that are not packaged properly and as a result are damaged during shipping. Please understand that we can not sell used merchandise so you may want to consider selling used through other means. In other words, if you buy something from us and want to return it for whatever reason, we need it returned in the same condition.
3. You will receive a prompt credit to your account upon receipt of your return. For replacements or exchanges, we will ship as soon as we receive your return. Any difference will be credited or charged to your credit card. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your monthly statement. If payment was made by money order/check, then you would receive either a refund check for the returned item or store credit at your requests. Original shipping charges are not reimbursed unless it is due to our error. In that case, call or email us and we will arrange a call tag to pay for return shipping. We do not accept returns shipped COD.
Used products fall under the manufacturer warranty coverage. If you have a defective product, please contact us first to return your snow blades or product. Please make sure it falls within the warranty period for that particular product. You are responsible for shipping charges back to us. We will handle the warranty replacement with the manufacturer and return a new, replacement item or repaired item and cover shipping costs back to you. However, customers in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and all international countries are responsible for all shipping charges both ways.
